We make every effort to supply good products, but if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchased product, you can return it to us within 30 days.

Once we have received the returned products, you will receive a refund. This only applies to the returned goods/products but not to delivery costs. The costs of product returns are to be covered by our customers themselves.

Refunds are only provided in the following circumstances:

• The product must still be in its original packaging.
• The product must not have been opened.
• The product must not be damaged.
• You need to return your products within 30 days past delivery date
